Tumblr ate the giant post I had. Basically, my diet consists of heavy protein and moderate fat with very low carbs. I tend to run this in six month cycles. 

Breakfast is a shaker bottle of coffee, 5tbsp heavy cream, and three scoops of whey. 65-70g.

Mid-morning is usually eggs or my new favorite sodium bomb Savory kitchen spinach asiago chicken sausages, which get me another 54g of protein. 

Lunch always involves a pound or more of chicken breasts or thighs. Lately I’ve been making tons of chili lime chicken in my crock pot. Anyhow, 75-100g give or take. 

Post gym is 4tbsp natty pb, 14g. 

Dinner is another pound or more of chicken, fish, or beef and before bed 8-12 eggs depending on whether I’ve had enough fat during the day. 120+/- over those meals. 

Not for the faint of heart. This is a lot of food to try to take in. It works for me because I can easily eat a pound and a half of steak in one sitting.  Training days see a net calorie count of about 3k. Rest days are closer to 2700. 

Carb nite has worked well also. In the past 18 months I’ve dropped 92lbs with minimal strength loss. Your mileage may vary.
